Nada Mohammed Al Assaf

- Worked for more than nine years at one of the ten largest audit and advisory firms in Riyadh before co-founding the firm.
- BSc in Accounting with first-class honours; IPSAS certificate from ACCA.
- Experience in the public sector, industry, construction and contracting, hospitals and non-profit organisations.
- Member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).

Areen Nasser Abanmi

- Certified public accountant registered in Saudi Arabia; more than seven years at a major audit and advisory firm.
- BSc in Accounting with first-class honours; IPSAS certificate from ACCA; local content certificate.
- Accredited by the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority to review companies’ local content assessments, and supervised these reviews for more than two years.
